 The Finale: Predator Vs. F50

La Manga, Spain/Herzogenaurach – June 8, 2007

The Finale: Predator Vs. F50

Today the adidas “Predator vs. F50” campaign experiences its highlight; the grand finale! The two teams will play against each other to finally determine the best team on the planet; Predator FC, coached by Carlo Ancelotti and captained by Zinedine Zidane, or F50 Club de Fútbol, coached by Vicente Del Bosque and captained by Emmanuel Adebayor. The referee will be Horacio Elizondo, best known for officiating the opening and final matches of the 2006 FIFA World Cup™. The Final will be played in La Manga, Spain in a unique, purpose build mini-stadium overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

The Predator vs. F50 campaign tells the story of: Predator F.C. and F50 Club de Fútbol. Both clubs have very distinct personalities, colors and crests that personify the characteristics of the two football boots competing against each other. The campaign uses the two different football boots Predator® and +F50 TUNIT to identify two unique styles of football. This divides the world of football into two different teams: Predator or F50. Predator embodies teamwork, determination and precision, whereas the F50 team favors flair, flamboyance and speed. These distinct personalities are encapsulated in the Predator’s club motto ‘Every hero needs a team’ and the F50’s club motto ‘Every team needs a hero’.
