The German Football Association (DFB) and adidas met before the Arbitration Court in Stuttgart for the first time today, to discuss their legal dispute regarding the supplier agreement. In very detailed and intense negotiations the arbitrators examined the argumentation put forward by both parties within the legal framework. Due to the complexity of the case, and also in light of their long-standing partnership, the Arbitration Court advised the two parties to reach a settlement. The representatives of both the DFB and adidas thereupon entered promising discussions accordingly. A final decision is expected to be reached in the very near future.
